How to Sell Skills in Ninja Saga

by admin on July 12, 2010

Ninja Saga is an online, flash-based role-playing game. As such, the purpose of the game is to level a character by completing missions or objectives, battling with your character, gaining levels, learning skills, and trying to become the best character possible.

In Ninja Saga, you can purchase or learn skills within three general tiers – Ninjutsu, Genjutsu, and Taijutsu. Ninjutsu are your general attack skills. These are also where you specialize into one of five elements. All of your equipped Ninjutsu skills must be of your element. You can learn two elements with a free account, and many consider the recommended elements fire (damage) and lightning (critical strike). Each has its strengths and weaknesses, however. Taijutsu are like special moves – they do large damage but require a long cooldown. Genjutsu give negative effects on targeted opponents (i.e. sleep or stun).

You can acquire skills for your character by purchasing them with gold, or by learning the skill from a friend, provided they have a shared Ninjutsu element with you. You can purchase as many as are available; however, you may only equip eight skills at a time. Additionally, free users may not equip emblem skills.

Once purchased and equipped, you cannot unlearn the skill. Furthermore, you cannot sell an unlearned skill back. Therefore, skills cannot be sold! It is very important then, to choose wisely. Do a bit of research before selecting skills and choosing your elements. Each choice you make can have consequences later in the game, so it is important to choose skills that will be beneficial for you at a later time.
